Digital Strategy Solutions

Digital Strategy Solutions offers technology and management consulting services to the public and private sectors.

A digital strategy, sometimes called a digital media strategy, is a plan for maximizing the business benefits of data assets and technology-focused initiatives. A successful digital strategy requires a cross-functional team with executive leadership, marketing and information technology (IT) members.

Our Digital Strategy practice helps executives understand, envision and articulate digital as a business strategy and implement it across the enterprise.

Transforming your operations through innovative digital solutions
We imagine and develop innovative digital offerings that transform products and business models, resulting in reduced costs, increased productivity, and increased revenue.

Before we can come up with a solution, we first have to understand your user wants, needs and challenges. For products & services already in use, we also want to get a baseline of usage. We’ll then use all the gathered information to define the core problem.

  • Ideate
In this stage, we’ll come up with alternative ways to look at problems and different ways to solve them. The goal is to come up with multiple ideas that can then be narrowed down, tested, and refined.
  • Prototype
Here we’ll develop a scaled-down version of the product or service. We’ll then run tests to learn what works and what doesn’t. The info gathered will then be used to refine the solution.
  • Implement
In this step, your product or service will be fully developed and deployed. Things to consider include how your solution will be hosted, how it will be secured, and its overall architecture.
